Cristalla is a 23-story luxury condominium tower constructed on the site of the historic Crystal Pool Natatorium. The building integrates into the Italian Renaissance terra cotta facades of the original structure. The podium includes parking, office space and upscale retail.

The project is constructed of post-tensioned concrete and features floor-to-ceiling glazing, glass railings, and exposed architectural concrete. Luxury penthouses occupy the top two floors.

The project has won several awards for Excellence in Engineering and Architecture.
