Located in Belltown just blocks away from the Seattle Center, The Ellington includes two 12-story condominium towers, a five-story pedestal, and subterranean parking. The pedestal contains additional parking, street-level retail, and residential amenity space including lobbies, a health club, and storage areas. The buildings are constructed of cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete.

A courtyard between the towers includes a water feature designed to celebrate the environment of the Northwest with whimsical sculptures and wetlands. With exceptional views of Elliott Bay, the project captures the best of Belltown.
