Lincoln Square Expansion
Bellevue, Washington

Lincoln Square Expansion, currently in design, will be a strong addition to Bellevue's downtown core.  This 2,835,000 square foot development will feature a 700,000 square foot office tower, a 42-story luxury hotel/condominium tower, 224,000 square feet of retail, and eight levels of subterranean parking underlying the entire project footprint.  A skybridge will connect the complex to an adjacent retail center.

Both tower structures will be constructed of cast-in-place concrete with post-tensioned floor slabs.  Seismic loads will be resisted by concrete shear walls. Retail levels will be framed in structural steel with seismic loads resisted by moment frames and a buckling restrained brace system.

The use of BIM technology throughout the project is expediting the design and preconstruction process, and will provide a third dimension to the construction documents.
