Located in downtown Oakland, 2016 Telegraph is a 240-foot residential tower incorporating mixed-use facilities and a four-story, three abovegrade and one below-grade mechanical parking system. The project will include a fitness center, ground floor retail spaces, three rooftop decks, and approximately 223 units. Construction is expected to start in spring of 2019.

The structure is cast-in-place concrete with two-way post-tensioned slabs supported by concrete columns. A central reinforced concrete core provides the primary means of lateral resistance.
