Located in downtown Oakland, 2016 Telegraph is a 240-foot residential tower incorporating mixed-use facilities and a four-story, three above-grade and one below-grade mechanical parking system. The project includes a fitness center, ground floor retail spaces, three rooftop decks, and approximately 223 units.

The structure is cast-in-place concrete with two-way post-tensioned slabs supported by concrete columns. A central reinforced concrete core provides the primary means of lateral resistance.

The parking system in this building consists of a combination of self parked and automated parking. The structural layout in the mechanical parking levels was carefully designed to maximize the efficiency of automated puzzler parking system which led to a cost-effective parking solution.
