1721 Webster is a 240-foot residential tower with four above grade parking levels and one subterranean parking level in downtown Oakland. The project includes approximately 250 units, retail, office space, rooftop terrace, sky lounge and a swimming pool.

The structure is cast-in-place concrete with two-way post-tensioned slabs. Reinforced concrete shear walls resist seismic and lateral loads. CKC also assisted with optimization of the parking layout to maximize both the parking and structural efficiency.
