West Clayton Lane, the largest redevelopment in Cherry Creek North’s history, will deliver 468,705 square feet of mixed-use space, featuring 132,000 square feet of high-end retail and restaurant space, 59,000 square feet of modern office space, and a central outdoor lane and courtyard designed for dining and gathering.
The redevelopment transforms the former Sears site into a vibrant mixed-use destination. The new residential building will cantilever over the existing 2nd Avenue Parking Garage, with two additional levels of below-grade parking, while another four-story office building will rise above the existing garage at the former Crate & Barrel site.
The existing Clayton Lane Residential Condo Building will remain, with updates to its ground-floor retail interiors and storefronts to better connect with the revitalized streetscape.
