Snoqualmie Casino Expansion is situated in the scenic Snoqualmie Valley, just 30 minutes from downtown Seattle. The Snoqualmie Casino Expansion features a hotel accommodating 210 high-end rooms and suites, with spectacular mountain views, and access to the state-of-the-art gaming floor, which includes over 1,700 slot machines, 55 table games, and  a 10-table poker rooms. 2,000 parking stalls were provided for the  parking garage. The expansion includes a restaurant, spa & indoor pool, and signature restaurant on the top floor of hotel. 

The hotel structural frame consists of cast-in-place concrete with post-tensioned slabs and two shear wall cores utilizing a column-hung forming system for slab construction. The low-rise podium structure is designed using composite steel framing with buckling restrained frames (BRB) for resisting wind and seismic loading. 150-foot long span trusses provide column-free space in the ballroom.
