This 450,000 SF single-story structure consists of concrete tilt wall panels at the building perimeter, a concrete slab on grade, and steel framing at the interior and roof. It includes 17, 100 MW data halls. Risk Cat IV. Of special note, CKC designed shear walls for this 1200’ x 360’ IT facility to meet extreme loads so that it can remain fully operational during a significant windstorm or earthquake.
Through close collaboration with our partners, CKC achieved a balance between structural efficiency, strength, and durability, while preserving long-term resilience. The outcome is a cost-effective, energy-efficient structure that aligns with the client’s vision and is meeting the project schedule.
