This 237,000 SF single-story structure consists of concrete tilt wall panels at the building perimeter, high-strength steel framing for interior and roof structure, engineered ground improvement to eliminate all foundation piling, and cast-in-place concrete generator yards. It includes 8, 100 MW data halls. Risk Cat IV.
Through close collaboration with our partners, CKC achieved a balance between structural efficiency, strength, and durability, while preserving long-term resilience. The outcome is a cost-effective, energy-efficient structure that aligns with the client’s vision and is meeting the project schedule.
