Situated along the Bremerton boardwalk, this mixed-use project encompasses three levels of underground parking, an office building, retail, hotel, and a convention center.
The project includes a large open plaza that sits atop the underground parking. The plaza flows into the boardwalk and affords spectacular views of the water and mountains.
Pedestrian walkways also connect this project to the Bremerton Transportation Center, for which CKC also provided the structural design.
