The Bellevue will be a world class addition to the Bellevue Collection. The large mixed-use development will consist of three high-rise towers with terraced roofs for prime overlook of the Bellevue Park to the south and a central glass enclosed conservatory. The project will also feature luxury retail, premier residential units, a 5 star hotel, indoor and outdoor public amenity spaces, a wellness spa resort, and six levels of below grade parking. A pedestrian sky bridge will connect to Lincoln Square South across the street and a below grade tunnel will connect to the entire Bellevue Collection parking system.

The structure will utilize various construction materials including cast-in-place concrete, post tensioned concrete, structural steel and mass timber. State-of-the art innovations will include steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) in the shear wall coupling beams. SFRC significantly reduces reinforcing bar quantity and improves constructibility.

High strength concrete will be used to minimize column sizes. The frame will also utilize ASTM A706 Grade 80 reinforcing to reduce congestion and improve overall constructibility. Long span 30'x52' framing will be used throughout the subterranean garage to provide open, user friendly parking and in the retail podium to provide spacious column free retail.
