The Quil Ceda Creek Casino Parking Structure is a free standing long-span cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete parking garage with 1,255 stalls. It was completed ahead of schedule and within the budget outlined for the design build team.

Casino operations desired an open garage layout to maximize visibility and enhance security. CKC responded with a highly efficient structural system of exterior ductile moment frames using high strength reinforcing to resist seismic loading. These frames eliminated the need for shear walls which resulted in a garage that maximized site lines and provided unobstructed views for patron circulation throughout the garage.

Structural durability was enhanced through the use of custom designed concrete mixes to reduce slab shrinkage during construction.
